MOCHA HARAAZ
Coffee purchased directly from farmers in Haraaz according to our ‘FairValue Coffee Purchasing System’, in the form of dried coffee cherries. It is traceable to the Sharqi Haraaz sub region, where we manage various collection centers that typically receive coffee from the cluster of villages around them.
The coffee is dry-processed in our mill in Sana’a.
HARAAZ (PREMIUM BLEND)
Coffee purchased directly from farmers in Haraaz according to our ‘FairValue Coffee Purchasing System’ in the form of fresh coffee cherries. It is traceable to the Sharqi Haraaz sub region, where we manage various collection centers that typically receive coffee from the cluster of villages around them.
A blend of Haraaz FairValue and Haraaz FairValue (Red), designed to enrich the quality of our standard Haraaz FairValue offering.
The coffee is dried on raised beds under controlled conditions and subsequently dry-processed in our mill in Sana’a.
HARAAZ-RED
Coffee purchased directly from farmers in Haraaz according to our ‘FairValue Coffee Purchasing System’ in the form of fresh coffee cherries. It is traceable to the Sharqi Haraaz sub region, where we manage various collection centers that typically receive coffee from the cluster of villages around them.
The ripe-red cherries are selected and dried in specially designed pyramid solar driers under ideal conditions. The dried cherries are subsequently processed in our mill. The beans from these ripe cherries is offered as Haraaz-RED
